Amir Ashkboosi is an Iranian chef who started to train himself about 10 years ago in the field of barista, then entered the sector by working as a cook in cafes and kitchens. In 2012, he completed Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Academy (in Malaysia Campus) and stepped into the world of first-class professional kitchen. After completing Diplôme de Cuisine under the supervision of Chef Franck G. Bruwier and Chef David W. Morris, some of the best instructors in the world, he received the Diplôme de Pâtisserie scholarship. With his skills and hard work in pastry courses, he completed his education under the supervision of Chef Thierry Lerallu. Later, he returned to his country and established his own cooking courses and worked to transfer and spread the joy of culinary arts in his private cooking institute. In addition, he works with food magazines and TV shows. He consults for restaurants and other catering departments to improving or developing. Currently he lives in Istanbul to continue his career and develop it further.
