"ANADOLU" was published under the editorship of Asst. Prof. Çağla ÖZER

The Turkish edition of the book "ANATOLIA:Adventures in Turkish Cooking" by Somer SİVRİOĞLU and David DALE, was published as "ANADOLU: Türk Mutfağında Bir Macera" with the translation/editing of Asst. Prof. Çağla ÖZER, who is Head of Istinye University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department. The book, which is sold in bookstores, is the exploration of Turkish chef Somer Sivrioğlu and culinary expert David Dale's explanations and redesigns, accompanied by rich visual examples, with 140 traditional and modern recipes ranging from the great feasts of the Ottoman Empire to the street stalls of Istanbul's spicy snacks, from the epic breakfasts of the East to the seafood appetizers of the Aegean coast.
