BİR DÜNYA BÖREK book written by Ayfer YAVİ, a faculty member of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, was awarded in categories "Silk Road" and "Pastry and Desserts" as the only book selected from Turkey in the 2020 Gourmand awards list of the world-famous cookbook competition "Gourmand International Cookbooks Winner", which is considered the Nobel of cookbooks.
