Research Assistant Pelin OLGAY from the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts; presented her oral statement titled "NUTRITIONAL VALUES AND USAGE AREAS OF TROPICAL FRUIT PRODUCED IN TURKEY" at the "INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON GASTRONOMY, NUTRITION AND DIETETICS (GANUD)" on 22-24 November 2019, in Gaziantep, Turkey, which she prepared with Prof.Funda ELMACIOĞLU, Asst. Prof. Çağla ÖZER and Instructor Frank BRUWIER.
