As the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, we celebrated Terra Madre (Mother Earth) Day. After the conversation with the participation of Ayfer Yavi, President of Slow Food Istanbul Yağmur Böreği Association, and Sena KAYA, Member of Slow Food Istanbul Yağmur Pastry Association, 35 different regional products were introduced, which were brought by the students from their own regions. During the conversation, the ones who participated in the event were offered a keskek prepared by the students of the department at MATBAH.
