CV

Mehmet Sarper Takkeci, who received his BA in Architecture (2008) and his MA in Architectural Design (2011), from Istanbul Technical University, is currently working on his Ph.D. at the same university. After working in various architectural offices fulltime and as a freelancer, he has been continuing his architectural practice within Herkes İçin Mimarlık since 2011. He took part in various works such as the 2018 Venice Architecture Biennale, the 10th Shift “Endless Minority Workshop” carried out within the Turkish Pavilion, the “Secret Ingredient” installation produced as part of the 2019 Chicago Architecture Biennale, in the “Women's Spaces” project carried out jointly with AÇEV within the association. After working as a full and part-time lecturer in an architectural project studio, digital media and design courses at Okan University, Abdullah Gül University, Altınbaş University, Bilgi University, Kadir Has University, he is teaching Istinye University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture, Department of Architecture.
