Completing her undergraduate education at Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Architecture in 2000, Deniz Tatlıdede Çelik received her master's degree in 2005 at Istanbul Technical University Institute of Science, Construction Sciences Program. She continues her PhD at Yıldız Technical University, Institute of Science and Architecture, Department of Surveying, Restoration, at the thesis stage. After working as a professional architect in various organizations in the sector between 2000-2012, she took part as a founding lecturer in the Architectural Restoration Department of the Istanbul Şişli Vocational School between 2012-2016 where she served as a program chair for a period of time. Since 2017, she is faculty member at the Department of Architecture at Istinye University.
