Tanju İPEK who graduated from department of Dairy Technology in Ankara University, he completed his MSc degree in Marketing Management from A.İ.T.İ.A. Institute of Business Management and PhD degree in Food Engineering from Hacettepe University. He has worked in various organizations, education and projects in his field, is the President of İzmir Bir Yudum Wine Association and still works as a Faculty Member at Istinye University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.
