Daha önce de belirttiğimiz üzere ders kota artırımları; sizden gelen talepler doğrultusunda, derslik kapasitesi, haftalık program yoğunluğu ve değerli hocalarımızın ders yükleri doğrultusunda kayıt dönemi boyunca güncellenmiştir. Ekli görsellerde güncel kota durumlarını görebilirsiniz.Kayıt haftası sonunda ders kotalarını kontrol ettiğimizde, istisnai durumlar haricinde, kota artırımı yapılmayacaktır.
Özellikle daha önce de duyurduğumuz, müfredat değişikliği sebebiyle zorunlu derslerine kayıtlanamamış olan az sayıda 2 ve 3. sınıf öğrencilerimiz için, ilgili dersleri Güz yarıyılında da açarak, öğrencilerimizin dönem kayıplarının önüne geçilecektir. Bu hususta tüm öğrencilerimizin desteği ve anlayışı için teşekkür ederiz.
Bunun yanı sıra, geçen hafta boyunca, Ön Lisans ve Lisans Eğitim – Öğretim Yönetmeliği Madde13(3-b) uyarınca, 48 AKTS’ye ders almak isteyen öğrencilerimizin talepleri incelenmiş olup, mezuniyet aşamasındaki öğrencilerimizin talepleri değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Bölüm websayfasında yer alan dosyada taleplerin uygunluk durumları görülebilir. Olumlu cevap verilen öğrenciler, ivedilikle danışmanıyla iletişime geçip ders talep formlarını iletmelidirler.

We would like to thank all our students for following the registration process in accordance with the calendar, regularly and in cooperation.
As it is announced before, course quotas have been updated during the registration period in line with your requests, classroom capacity, weekly schedule and course loads of instructors. You can see the current quota status in the attached images. When we check the course quotas at the end of the registration week, except in exceptional cases, the quotas will not be updated.
Especially for our 2nd and 3rd grade students who have not been able to enroll in compulsory courses due to the curriculum change, which we have announced before, the semester losses of our students will be prevented by opening the relevant courses in the Fall semester. We would like to thank all our students for their support and understanding in this regard.
In addition, during the last week, in accordance with Article 13 (3-b) of the Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education Regulations, the requests of our students who want to take courses at 48 ECTS were examined, and the demands of our students at the graduation stage were evaluated. The suitability of the requests can be seen in the file on the section web page. Students who respond positively should contact their advisor immediately and submit their course request forms.
